Description

Students will engage in hands-on learning, focusing on new technologies around networking, server, and cloud administration. They will acquire a comprehensive grasp of fundamental networking terminology, concepts, and components, honing practical skills in basic network configuration, IP addressing, subnetting, connectivity, and testing using diverse equipment such as workstations, routers, and switches. Furthermore, they are equipped to identify and mitigate security threats within IT networks. The curriculum extends to practical exercises in deploying and configuring servers while enriching students' understanding of server infrastructure. Additionally, students explore the transformative capabilities of the AWS Cloud, delving into topics such as the AWS shared responsibility model, security best practices, cost management, and essential AWS services tailored to various use cases.
