Description

Students study the concepts, terminology, principles, theory
and issues in management as it relates to the supervisor in
the workplace. Topics are organized around the four traditional
functions of management: planning, organizing, leading and
controlling. This course describes the evolution of management
thought, the use of quantitative techniques to improve decision
making and guidance for helping students build their
management careers. Three credit hours
