Description

The purpose of this course is to introduce the strategy
diamond and the five elements framework and present the
three major themes: the dynamic nature of firms and
industries, strategy formulation and implementation and
strategic leadership. This course focuses on how firms
formulate, implement and evaluate strategies. Strategicmanagement concepts and techniques are studied. Three
