Description

This course focuses on algebraic concepts. Upon completion, students will be able to describe the concept and notation of functions, represent functions graphically and algebraically, solve systems of linear equations and graph linear inequalities. They will perform operations on roots, radicals and complex numbers; solve quadratic equations; and perform operations on exponential and logarithmic functions. Prerequisite: MTH1111 or MTH1100.
