Description

This course introduces students to terms and concepts of
verbal and nonverbal communication in business and society
with a focus on cultural diversity. Upon completion, students
will be able to give presentations using different delivery styles
and visual aids, including PowerPoint. They will understand the
communication process and use active listening techniques to
promote effective communication. They will be able to solve
problems in small groups using problem-solving techniques
and teamwork. Three credit hours
