Description

This hands-on course explores installation, configuration, and management of VMware vSphereÂ, which consists of VMware vSphere ESXiâ„ and VMware vCenter Serverâ„. The course is based on ESXi, vCenter Server 7.*. Additionally, students will also explore Linux Operating system's including but not limited to configuring Files and Directories, pipes and redirections, system logging, file permissions, boot manager, monitoring and killing process, DNS, simple scripts, and much more. Lastly, the students will explore the world of Microsoft Azure. Students will gain knowledge of cloud services and how those services are provided with Microsoft Azure. Items covered are cloud concepts, Azure services, Azure workloads, security and privacy is Azure, as well as support. Students at the end of the semester will attempt the AZ-900 Azure Certification.
