Leading organizations now recognize the immense opportunities that can be leveraged through effective supply chain management, in areas ranging from competitive strategy to market share to shareholder value. To gain these competitive advantages, they need skilled individuals who can design, execute, and manage their supply chains. This course provides a solid foundation of knowledge of supply chain management concepts, components, and principles.
