Description

Students will learn about worker protection and personal safety in the collision repair industry, in addition to completing I-CAR Academy’s Collision Fundamental Series and Fusion Safety Training. Students will learn removal and replacement procedures of trim and hardware. This consists of removing and reinstalling bumpers, lamps, door trim panels, moveable glass, window regulators, and other fastened parts. They will also receive instruction in reading repair estimates and executing pre and post-scan procedures. Additionally, they will learn how to sand and mask vehicles for the refinishing process, as well as how to detail a vehicle’s exterior and interior to industry expectations.
