Resident Medical Requirements

Medical History Form & Immunizations

The completed  form can be sent via fax to 314-371-0241 or via email to [email protected]. You can also mail paperwork to Ranken Residential Life, 4400 Page Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63113.

All immunizations are due no later than 30 days after moving into Walker Hall. There is a $20.00 fine if the immunizations are not completed by the deadline. If the immunizations are not completed by provided deadline, the fine will increase to $40.00 and the resident will be required to move out of Walker Hall until the immunizations have been completed and turned in to Residential Life.

Meet Deaundra Tunstall

Deaundra Tunstall

Deaundra is the new Director of Residential Life. She is an experienced VP of Education of Toastmasters within her locale; a former crisis intervention specialist; certified parent educator; youth counselor and childcare representative.  She holds a Masters in Practical Theology with experience in negotiating contracts with the state of Illinois and sitting on the E board with SIUE for childcare providers. She’s also a published author, a mother of one daughter and a grandmother of three granddaughters. It is her pleasure to work with the future Ranken Technical College students, and she will make every effort to help students accomplish their endeavors as they take this journey toward success.
